•  Keep deer feeders full

•  Maintain batteries on all game cameras (using high-quality lithium batteries)

•  Spray fence lines for weeds, grass, vines, and other growth

•  Mow grass, weed eat, and blow debris

•  Cutting and hauling away dead fallen trees

•  Keep deer blinds clean and bug-free (interior and exterior bug spraying)

•  Check home HVAC and water heater for proper function

•  Spray interior and exterior of home for bugs

•  Set traps for wildlife and varmints (e.g., rats and mice) as needed

•  Keep property home, shop, garages clean (interior of home(s) -  dusting, sweeping, mopping, and exterior blowing, interior of shops and garages, blowing)

•  Monthly property checks to ensure gates are locked, home, shop, and garages are secured

•  Pond maintenance (extra charge; discussed separately with owner)
